With many years of experience in both selling, buying, running their own businesses and working in the UK Corporate world, Lis and Dejan are ideally placed to help you. We are not an estate agency and therefore what we are showing on our web site are only examples of what you can find in Istria. There are many, many properties available and not all of them are shown on web sites. Croatians’ by nature are generally very private people and do not necessarily wish to advertise what they are doing in the world of property! Therefore a “search facility” with your specific criteria in mind is essential in this beautiful part of Europe. Whilst many of the people here under 40 do speak English, several important factors can be mis-interpreted or “lost in translation”. With our dual native language skills of English and Croatian and having lots of experience of buying and selling houses here we will guide you through what may appear to be a bureaucratic system ensuring that your experience is enjoyable, fun and more than satisfactory. During your visit to Croatia we can provide you with accommodation, local knowledge and of course visits to potential properties that you might like. And to make sure the process runs smoothly, our service can include introductions to established English speaking lawyers, local architects as well as local builders.
